Plant Tour
The plant tour is set for 2pm on Friday at the Wonderful Company, 1701 S. Lexington Drive, Delano, CA 93215.
Note that this is about a 40-minute drive north of Bakersfield, convenient for those coming from that direction, less so for those of you coming from the south. Please allow an appropriate amount of travel time.
The Wonderful Company is a food processing facility, so rules for dress MUST be adhered to. No deviation will be permitted. Please read the Visitor Guidelines, but pay particular attention to:
a. Visitors/contractors must be properly clothed. No shorts, dresses, or skirts will be permitted in any production or storage areas.
b. Only closed-toe shoes are permitted. No sandals or high-heeled shoes may be worn. A non-skid sole is recommended.
c. Visitors/contractors shall not wear jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings with stones), watches or metal clips. Plain wedding bands without stones as well as the visitor/contractor identification badge are the only exceptions.

Papers or abstracts on all topics related to teaching and research in operations and supply chain management, business analytics, information and technology management, operations research and decision sciences, as well as interfaces with other business and engineering disciplines are invited.
